Mascot History:
The Little Lion Phil was originally intended to be the mascot of the World Philatelic Exhibition BULGARIA 2020, which did not take place due to the global Covid pandemic. Now, just as cheerful and smiling, it will be the mascot of the Balkan Philatelic Exhibition BALKANFILA XXI 2026.
