Invitation

Dear Friends,

We are happy to inform you that Union of Bulgarian Philatelists is planning to organize Balkanfila XXI Philatelic exhibition in the city of Pernik, Bulgaria in the period Apr. 29 – May 2 2026.We kindly invite you to participate to the exhibition. It will be exposed on 500 frames and all exhibition classes will be included. Please appoint a National Commissioner with name, e-mail, phone number and passport size photo and nominate up to three FIP or FEPA accredited jurors with information about the classes they are qualified. We require to receive this information up to Jan 5 2026.
